A foundation for a professional future
Pre-Professional Training is a foundational three-year preparation programme designed for young dancers aiming to enter professional ballet academies. It is focused on intensive floor barre (barre au sol) and specialised physical conditioning.
What the programme includes
Flexibility & Turn-Out
Enhancing physical attributes, flexibility, and turn-out.
Strength & Stability
Strengthening the muscle frame, back, and core.
Alignment & Placement
Proper body alignment and positioning.
Professional Readiness
Preparing the body for professional ballet loads.
Boutique mini-groups
The programme is taught in boutique mini-groups of four to five students, in two age groups — 7–8 and 9–11 years — so that every child receives near-individual attention within the energy of a small ensemble.
Created for determined students genuinely passionate about ballet and ready to work toward professional excellence. Not intended for recreational hobby seekers.

Two classes a week
| Group | Friday | Saturday |
|---|---|---|
| Junior · ages 7–8 | 16:30 – 17:30 | 11:00 – 12:00 |
| Senior · ages 9–11 | 17:30 – 18:30 | 12:00 – 13:00 |
Times may be adjusted slightly before the season begins — the exact schedule is confirmed when you enrol.
The price reflects the format: this is close to individual training. In a mini-group of four to five, the teacher sees every child in every class — correcting, explaining, guiding. You are paying for professional methodology, quality and the kind of attention a class of twenty simply cannot offer.
- Two classes a week — Friday and Saturday
